Inter Ice-Pump has designed and developed our own ice cream pump called IIP. The pump is an OEM product designed specifically for manufacturers who want to use it with their new continuous freezers for optimal production stability and pump quality.
Inter Ice-Pump uses exactly the same technology for the IIP-pump as in our version of the Hoyer-pump. The difference between the two is primarily the design. IIP has a round outer shaping and in addition the design of the smallest model differs slightly from the Hoyer-pump by using a seal between the pump housing and cylinder to prevent leaks. IIP is available in four different sizes and can produce 600 to 4,000 liters per hour.
Inter Ice-Pump has developed IIP pump and all interior parts IIP corresponds exactly to the parts of our Hoyer-pump. Therefore we can deliver the spare parts from day to day.
Inter Ice-Pump also offers complete renovation of the IIP-pumps. The recommended interval between the renovations of the pump is typically 15-20,000 production hours depending on the production ingredients. During the renovation the worn out chrome layer inside the pump house is cleaned away and replaced with a new layer. All the interior parts, seals and bushings are replaced and finally an exterior treatment of the pump ensures that it appears as new. Before the pump is returned to the client it undergoes a two-hour stress test on our test rig to ensure that the pump functions optimally after the renovation
